Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase. Each piece is inspected, wrapped by hand, and packaged with an intentional touch before leaving the studio.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. Standard shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $100
• Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more (before tax and discounts)

International Orders

At this time, Vestige and Vixen ships within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, please reach out—we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

Packaging

We use sustainable, low-impact packaging materials. Your order will arrive in reclaimed or recyclable packaging to reduce waste while ensuring your items are secure and beautifully presented.
